Life happens. We get it. If you need to cancel your appointment with us, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

Currently, wearing a mask is optional. With that being said, please feel comfortable wearing one if that is your preference. Let us know if you would prefer that your service provider wear one as well. As always, if you are feeling unwell - stay home, whether it’s COVID or not.

Prior to every service, your treatment goals and preferences will be discussed with you. If you are a new client, you’ll be sent an intake form through MassageBook to fill out prior to your appointment. This form goes over any consultation questions that would normally be asked at the start of a treatment. For example, any active injuries, or areas to avoid, or medical concerns that we should be made aware of. Having this completed in advance allows us more time to get you on the table and receiving as much of your treatment as possible.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of your service. We are located at 101 River Street, adjoined to Huntington Bank. Entrance is on the side of the building along River Street.

During any treatment that you may be receiving with us, it’s crucial to communicate with your provider if there are any adjustments that can be made to better your experience. We’re happy to adjust pressure, music volume, and work longer on a particular area or move on to a new area if you request it. Remember: when you’re on the treatment table, you’re the boss. For massage and facials, undress to your comfort level. You will remain modestly draped throughout the entirety of your service.
